Q1: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Our product are real human hair, and can be permed and dyed like your own hair.

 

Q2: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A:100% real human hair, which can be treated and styled as your own hair. But it is not recommended for dyeing or bleaching because they have been chemically treated already. We recommend you to have a professional and experienced hair dyer to color them. And test a small piece before coloring the whole set to make sure that the coloring effect is what you expect.

 

Q3: Can I wash my hair?
A: Yes, you can wash them like your own hair with shampoo and conditioner. Because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it would not get greasy as it usuallly be. We also recommend to try  hair treatment on them every few weeks.

Q4: Can I blow-dry the hair?
A: The extensions can be blow-dried on a low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing. 

 

Q5: Why is my hair getting tangled?
A:   Your hair getting tangled is due to the dryness, oil, dirt build-up, and also you do not comb (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, comb the hair daily, and use hydrating drops.

Q6: How long does it last?
A:  This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it last longer.
